Effective 1/1/2025, a flat fee per occurrence will be charged back to customers (see below fee matrix):

·  Reschedule Appointments (less than 24 hour notice) - $350

·  Late Appointment Arrival (30 minute grace period) -  $350

·  No Show Appointment - $500 

·  No Appointment (work in) $750
